Returns

By placing purchase order(s) with Ucon Innovation, Inc. you are agreeing to the pricing, payments term, shipping charges, and conditions. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your purchase order(s) to decline the order(s) for any reason. All new customers are required to pay in advance (if requested) of the 1st initial order; payment may be made with credit card is subject to a 3% percent service fee.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of California without regard to conflicts. Any and all unresolved disputes hereunder shall be decided exclusively by litigation, in either the state or federal courts located in California.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@uconinnovation.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@uconinnovation.com and send contact your accessory consultant. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping

Shipping charge(s), re-shipping charge(s), and a 25% restocking fee may apply to all rejected or returned package(s). Buyer is purchasing from Ucon Innovation, Inc. at their discretion, Ucon Innovation. is not responsible for any 3rd party or franchise agreements that prohibits you from buying elsewhere. Supplier's Terms Control: In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any of Purchaser's purchase order, these Terms shall control and prevail over any contrary terms in the purchase order. Ucon Innovation, Inc. gives notice of its objection to any additional or different conditions in Purchaser's orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

This means that all the devices available in our store meet our strict quality standards.
